Summary: Richard was a wonderful host and very responsive. He met us upon arrival and showed us around. The cottage was clean and well stocked. It is located in a residential area but it is only 15-20 minutes from them beach (depending on traffic) and a similar distance from downtown wilmington. A big thumbs up!
