Perfectly positioned for relaxation and recreation, guests can walk to Crystal Pier, Oceanic Restaurant, Sundays Café, and nearby surf shops (just 0.5 miles away). Designed to showcase the stunning water views, the open-concept living space features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and comfortable seating. The living room includes a large TV and a collection of games, while the chef’s kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, white cabinetry, a large island with seating for eight, a wet bar with wine fridge, and a walk-in pantry. Two dining tables (one seating eight and the other seating six) make family meals a breeze. The expansive soundfront deck is perfect for sunset gatherings.
