Beach access is only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy both the sound and the sea.
Perfectly positioned for relaxation and recreation, guests can walk to Crystal Pier, Oceanic Restaurant, Sundays Café, and nearby surf shops (just 0.5 miles away). Entertainment options abound with a ping pong table, foosball, air hockey, video games, board games, and plenty of beach and water toys for endless fun.
1st Floor – Ground Level Game Room:
The ground floor is a game lover’s dream, featuring a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey, Wii and Xbox consoles, a TV with comfortable seating, and a half bathroom.
2nd Floor – Main Living Area:
Designed to showcase the stunning water views, the open-concept living space features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and comfortable seating. The living room includes a large TV and a collection of games, while the chef’s kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, white cabinetry, a large island with seating for eight, a wet bar with wine fridge, and a walk-in pantry. Two dining tables (one seating eight and the other seating six) make family meals a breeze. The expansive soundfront deck is perfect for sunset gatherings.

3rd Floor – Bedroom Level:
This floor includes three guest bedrooms and a convenient laundry room.
