We are sited between Camp Lejeune Marine Corp Base and Swansboro/Southern Outer Banks. Just 3 miles to Camp Lejeune and 3 miles to Hammocks Beach State Park. Luxury Country Estate 8 acres of generational gardens. Best Value anywhere around. Peace quiet awesome comfortable impeccable clean and only respectful people.
Awesome clean comfortable luxurious finely appointed guest suites. We have 13 different units on our 22 acre estate nestled in the beginning of The Southern Outer Banks. Nothing like it. We only accept folks that understand the word respect and demonstrate it in their daily living. We have quite time from 2200 (10 PM) to 0800 (8AM). It is strictly monitored and enforced across all age groups infant to 110. We do have private cottages on the property outside the house that are available for those with infants and children that may not be able to stick to the quite time. Also we have a few pet friendly units. Our rates are below the cost of local hotels and a 1/1 of what other B&B type places are going for. We don't make breakfast but we have incredible Home & Garden kitchens with basic supplies of oil butter coffee tea sweeteners paper towels plastic wrap foil many spices. We don't provide perishables except for half and half.
8 acres of cultivated generational country type gardens gazebos water fountains swings huge southern style country porches and rocking chairs. Up to 100MBS of wireless across the estate property anywhere you go. High tech in Old World country experience. We have Guinea fowl, a couple of barn kitties and a forest full of wild animals from deer, foxes, raptors, Piolated Woodpeckers to bear lightening bugs mosquitos and bees.
We have in house laundry facility no extra charge and all cleaning supplies provided. We have boat trailer parking areas boat washing areas and boat launching access 10 minutes away. We have RV parking. Our back 14 acres is like a national forest and connected to over 100 more acres of awesome natural forest like forest and rivers on the Crystal Coast.

Daily.... we enjoy our guests. Our guests are some of the most special people our world has to offer. They come from around the world. We entertain honeymooners, anniversary folks, vacation getaway to one of the most incredible places on earth here in the Southern Outer Banks, military officers and families visiting them at the 2nd largest Marine Corp base in the world just 3 miles away Camp Lejeune, kayakers, hikers, fishermen and fisherwomen and so many more great folks. All are welcome except those that don't know the word respect.
The natural beauty that surrounds us. The waterways the fresh air the wildlife nature at it's finest and always in motion. The generational gardens the historic villages the fabulous men and women of our military. Not saying the military industrial corporations which we detest like Eisenhower did, but the men and women and their families of our military are priceless folks.
The historic villages still have family locally owned and operated restaurants retail stores and tourist attractions.. PRICELESS. You can step out of mainstream Corporate bland all alike world. Generational businesses here.
The local farm and fish markets that have been in business here for generations locally caught fish and grown fruits and veggies, awesome stuff. The White Oak River that runs through Swansboro is one of the 20% of the waterways in America that we can still eat the fish and seafood from without fear of toxic chemicals. The water supply are from deep water wells in forests. The Croatan National Forest is minutes away and is part of the largest coastal forest in the USA, priceless. Just can't say enough...folks don't flip the bird or blow their horn at you even if you make a mistake...
You will experience nature as God created it.
We have wild wonderful nature behind us and around us and our driveways are right off Highway 24 aka Freedom Way. It is the gateway to the Southern Outer Banks and Camp Lejeune as close as 3 miles away.
Rates for single occupancy only. Maximum Occupancy with consent of owner is 2. Rates increase for second occupant.
