We are 2 miles from Chautauqua Institution and a block up from the lake. For the cheese lovers, we are across the street from the artisan cheese shop Reverie Creamery. Just a short 5 min drive to Bemus Point where you can enjoy the new EBC brewery and a 35 min drive to the Peek'n Peak Ski Resort. We can't wait to host you on your stay!

Summary: Don’t let the outside fool you! The rooms were beautifully appointed and very clean! The outside could use some updating but the rooms were just like the pictures. Very nice and a very comfortable bed!
