Welcome to Vista View! This three bedroom home in Sugar Grove is a quick drive to Boone, Grandfather Mountain, or Banner Elk. With the rare combination of both a family-friendly yard and great mountain views, Vista View is sure to please.
Enter to the living room, with comfortable seating on the two sofas around the gas log fireplace and large windows. Dining for six awaits at the table, and the bar nearby offers three more spots. A highchair is available for guests to use. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, and both a Keurig and standard coffeepot.
Each level has a bedroom and full bath. Upstairs in the King suite. High ceilings and windows make this an airy, relaxing space. There is a Roku TV, ceiling fan, and private bath with double granite vanity and a combination tub/shower. On the main level is a Queen bedroom with ceiling fan. The shared full bath has marble counters, and a combination tub/shower.
On the lower level is a second King bedroom with ceiling fan and access to the lower patio. In the hallway next to it is the third bath, with a shower and marble counters. The lower level has a second living area with a Queen sleeper sofa, large Roku TV, and a table for dining or playing games.
Next to the home is a large shed that has been remodeled to match the interior of the home. With it's own climate control, the game room has ping pong and shuffleboard.
The wrap-around deck gives easy access to the views, with seating all around. Enjoy a delicious meal outside on the picnic table! A gas grill is located on the deck near the kitchen. The fenced in yard has horseshoes, cornhole, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, ready for an evening outside under the stars. Take a refreshing nap in the backyard hammock, too. Jump in the new hot tub and kick back!
- Dogs welcome for an additional rent of $25/night each. No aggressive breeds, max of 30lbs. Please ask if you are unsure.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
