This apartment is in a FANTASTIC location! Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Cameron Village and North Hills, which hosts some of Raleigh's premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife. NCSC is within walking distance and some of the highest rated grocery stores are just minutes away to help you stock up for your stay. Five minutes to PNC Arena and the NC State Fairgrounds. Ten minute drive to RDU International Airport. Apartment features include one guest suite with a queen bed, a pull out sofa bed, wifi, Apple TV and local TV.
It is self check in so anytime you arrive is fine. I will always be just a phone call away if needed.

It is only on the outside of the condo at each entrance, there are no cameras inside the condo. There is a noise monitoring device inside the condo, this detects noise levels only without recording or listening. CANCELLATION POLICY Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email) After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee. For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
