Summary: The home was beautifully decorated, well equipped and clean. However, when we arrived it was very stuffy. A note said we couldn’t adjust the temperature without contacting the maintenance dept. or would be billed for a maintenance call. The pool pump wasn’t working either and contacted the maintenance number provided with these issues. We were told that they already had their day scheduled and couldn’t tell us when they’d get there. We went to the Club House to use their pool but it was drained and couldn’t use it. They said we could use a neighboring pool which we had to drive to each day. The pool guy showed up on Saturday (we were leaving Sunday) and said he would go get a part and never returned. One of the main reasons we rented this home was for the pool. After returning home from our trip, I called and explained our disappointment. She asked us if we had called and told her we had and said she’d check out the work order but never acknowledged the issues or apologized. Two weeks later I have heard nothing back. Very disappointing...it seems that they could have done something to make it right.
