Looking for a summer getaway to unplug in New Hampshire? Welcome your family home to the Cabin on Lake Winnisquam! Your lakeside, rustic, cabin is waiting. Located in the heart of the Lakes Region, just a short drive to various lakes, mountains, the marina, FunSpot, Weirs Beach, Tanger Outlets and more. Featuring three bedrooms, one bath, an open concept kitchen/living, and a large outdoor space to enjoy the real magic of lakeside living.

LOCATION
The cabin is right off Route 3, making it easily accessible to shops and restaurants, while still being far away enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the space. The lake lot is shared with 2 other homeowners, so please be respectful of everyone’s space. The firepit is also shared. There are chairs provided at each.

Each bedroom has a fan, as there is no AC in the cabin. There are dressers and hooks in each room.

The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans and most basic kitchen tools, utensils, plates, cups, etc. There is a standard coffee maker. The dining room has plenty of seating for a nice meal after a great day on the water or a hike.

THE PROPERTY
Please keep in mind the owners are often staying in the unit next door. And as mentioned, some of the outdoor spaces will be common space. The neighborhood is small and quiet so being respectful is very important. All pets must be leashed at all times. Great neighborhood for walking. Parking is limited to 2 cars, must park in front of cabin not to block neighbor’s driveways.

WATER
The tap water is flushing out from drilling a deep well and takes a bit to get hot water. We recommend turning the hot water on a minute or two before jumping in the shower

CABIN CARE
Please be respectful of the space, and our family’s hard work and love that went into this place! We ask that you show it the same love we do <3

CLEANING FEE
The $200 cleaning fee goes directly to our local housekeeper. Please try your best to leave things broom clean and wash up the dishes before you go to make a smoother transition for our next guest.

PETS
One well behaved dog is welcome! Dog must be leashed at all times while outdoors. The pet fee is $50

Summary: we were two couples that came in for the Nascar weekend. The place was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. The owners family lived right next door and it was great to hang out with them at night around the firepit. Very centrally located and had private access to the lake. We had a great time.
