If you want to get away from it all, while staying close to all the High Country has to offer, this is the place! Porch Perfect is a log home on over an acre of loveliness, with its own duck pond! Located just a couple minutes from downtown West Jefferson, you'll get the serenity of a “country setting” and still be just a quick hop from restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
This beautiful home features a large, covered porch, overlooking a gorgeous, mostly-level lawn. This park-like setting, with the pond and mountains beyond, offers plenty of space for both play and relaxing. Here's where the stress of everyday life slips away as you soak in nature, peaceful mountain views and cool mountain breezes. Sitting on the porch, you'll enjoy conversation and a beverage with your favorite people, or solitude and a good book. There's a grill for dining al fresco. You'll also love star-gazing at night from the hot tub or fire pit! If you feel like some friendly competition, try your hand at corn hole or foosball.
Inside, the open floor plan includes a great room, kitchen and dining space, perfect for entertaining and family togetherness. This large space opens up directly to the outdoors and offers plenty of natural light. The great room has a convenient gas fireplace and comfortable seating for relaxing or watching TV. The kitchen features stainless appliances and all the supplies you'll need to whip up meals at home. The wooden kitchen table accommodates 6 easily.
