Heating must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours in advance. The pool heater operates daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, maintaining a target temperature between 82°F and 86°F. Please note that during colder weather (below 55°F), the pool temperature may only reach 70-80°F. The spa heats to 102°F when activated.
House Rules: To maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests and neighbors, we have a few important policies. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests – the number on your reservation must match those on the property at all times. The home is strictly non-smoking inside and in the screened-in pool area. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. We also ask that you clean the grill after each use, turn off the gas when finished, and cover it once it has cooled.
