THE MAIN UPPER LEVEL is accessible from either the lower level entrance off the driveway carport or from the upstairs front porch to the home's foyer.*** An outside ramped walkway (NOTE: not ADA compliant due to steep slope) from the front of the house to the ocean side (back) of the property provides direct access to the dune top deck and to the upstairs main living area of the home and oceanfront deck, WITHOUT ANY STEPS. This has been useful to guests who have difficulty with steps and also for aging four footed furry family members!***
MAIN LEVEL LAUNDRY AREA is stocked with all the linens you will need for your visit (100% cotton sheets for all beds, bath towels & BEACH TOWELS).***
DECKS, HOUSE AND DUNE, provide panoramic views and multiple sitting areas to enjoy the 360 degree vista. There is a shaded lower level deck with table and chairs, barbecue grills (gas and charcoal) and an outside shower.
