The 2300 square feet villa is newly renovated and tastefully decorated with all the amenities of a family home. The main living area has an open and airy flow with vanishing sliding doors that open on to the screened lanai and pool area. The gourmet kitchen at the center of the home has granite counters and stainless-steel appliance, and it opens to the spacious family room and game room. The dining room has seating for six with additional seating available on the kitchen counter as well as the nook area.
The master bedroom with on-suite private bathroom is located on a split floor plan with large sliding glass door and private access to the lanai and view of the canal. The on-suite bathroom has double vanities, large shower and whirlpool tub. It is equipped with a king bed, dresser, comfortable bedding, 55" smart TV and a dedicated workspace.
The other 3 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house with access to a full bathroom. 2 Guest bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and 1 guest bedroom has two twin beds.
