Full Length Partially Covered, Screen-In Porch - Delightful mountain views greet you from the full-length porch, with open side areas and a covered, completely screened-in middle area. The side areas are uncovered but shaded with large freestanding patio umbrellas. One side has a porch-swing-for-two. The other side has a high-end gas grill and more seating. The spacious middle area is covered, completely screened-in, and designed with the best of indoor/outdoor living in mind! This comfortable area has a ceiling fan and dining for four with plush padded chairs around the table plus more along the sides. Cooking and serving a feast is a breeze! A screened door leads from the screened porch to the gas grill; double glass doors lead into the great room/kitchen.
Great Room – With just three steps from the paved parking to the covered entry, the great room’s open floor plan keeps the mountains the focal point, with large windows and glass doors to the outside porch. Beautiful hardwood floors compliment the great room’s serene furnishings. Relax on the overstuffed leather couch or in one of the leather recliners in front of the floor-to-ceiling rocked gas-log fireplace. Or enjoy watching a movie on the Smart TV with satellite channels or by logging into your streaming service.
Kitchen & Dining – The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a cook’s delight with a gas stove, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, and granite countertops. Coffee drinkers have a choice between a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The dining island has seating for 4 and is lighted by suspended art-glass lamps.
Master Bedroom Suite – Serene and tastefully decorated, the master bedroom suite is just off the kitchen.
