The Space:
This three-story mansion has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The first level has a guest bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, a movie theater, and a work area. There is also a powder room and a workout area with exercise equipment. The second level consists of two large living rooms, a chef's kitchen, an 8-seat dining table, a pantry, and a laundry room. The second floor also offers another powder room and a Queen bedroom that has a private bathroom attached. The remaining bedrooms are all on the third floor.
The third level has the Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two enormous walk-in closets for his and hers, and two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood minutes away from the best restaurants and shops in Silver Lake. Silver Lake Reservoir and Millie's Cafe are 5 minutes away by car. There is a Starbucks 2 minutes away by car or 9 minutes walk. The closest grocery stores are Trader Joe's, Gelsons, and Vons which are only 2- 5 minutes away by car from the home.
Getting Around:
There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is also very easy to get an Uber from this location. There is also a Trader Joe's and Gelson near the property that can be reached within a 10-minute walk.
